GGMRRC has been organized high level side event on Responsible nomads code of practice for sustainable development started which is MNS 6891:2025.

Main result of the side event are demonstrated that sustainable pastoralism can be an effective, market-based solution for combating desertification, Showcased Mongolia's Responsible Nomads Code of Practice as a practical model that combines sustainable land management, certification, traceability, and responsible financing.

Strengthened collaboration among governments, pastoralists, researchers, financial institutions, development partners, and private-sector actors. Increased international awareness of Mongolia's experience in sustainable pastoralism and rangeland restoration.

Highlighted the importance of certification and traceability in improving market access, increasing herder income, and promoting responsible production.

Contributed to global discussions on Land Degradation Neutrality, climate resilience, and the implementation of the International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists 2026.
