The “Sustainable Textile Production and Eco-Label” Project (STeP EcoLab II), funded by the European Union’s SWITCH-Asia Programme, will be implemented from 2025 to 2029, covering 10 soums across three aimags. The project aims to support over 8,000 herder households and more than 120 raw material cooperatives in the following soums: Hangai, Chuluut, and Bulgan of Arkhangai aimag; Uyanga, Bat-Ulzii, and Zuunbayan-Ulaan of Övörkhangai aimag; and Bogd, Jinst, Bayantsagaan, and Bumbugur of Bayankhongor aimag.

The project is jointly implemented by AVSF Mongolia (Agronomists and Veterinarians Without Borders), the Mongolian Pastureland Management “Green Gold” Center, CSCP, and the ToC Association.
