Under this MoU, the parties agreed to cooperate in line with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards to:

• prevent child labor in the agricultural sector,
• protect biodiversity,
• integrate responsible nomads code of practice for sustainable development standard into supply chains, and
• promote sustainable and responsible procurement based on local participation.

The cooperation will be implemented during the period 2025–2029 and will include phased activities such as risk assessment, monitoring, capacity-building trainings, and initiatives to enhance community participation.
